• Cancellations
  We will not charge you for cancelations provided that you cancel within 48 hours before the booked transfer pick up time. After this period you will need to contact the service provider directly in order to make changes or to cancel your reservation. Your service provider terms and conditions will apply.
  
  
• Reservation cancellation policy
  a) up to 12 hours before the transfer: no charge.
  b) Less than 12 hours before the arrival: 50% of the total transfer cost may be applied.
  c) After the driver has departed to the pick up destination: the full cost of the transfer will be charged.

• Our service is an airport transfer and we are committed to protecting any data collected via or website www.airportcarsservice.co.uk,telephone,fax or any other means of communication systems you may use to contact us .When booking our airport transfer service you agree to the use of the data we collect in accordance with this privacy policy outlined.
• We will collect all the information required in our booking. This would include name, address, flight numbers destination or addresses, travel dates ,email address, telephone numbers, debit or credit card details ect. All of this information is collect is encrypted using SSL.
• We collect this information for processing card transactions.
• We will use your e-mail address and telephone numbers to contact you with confirmation of bookings and any other details pertaining to the bookings.
• All online payments are handled by paypal and in this instance we do not handle any information. When however you submit your card details over the phone we only hold the details until the bookings are complete.
• We do not have any cookies on our website.
