Terms and conditions

1. By using our booking service on the Internet, you can be assured that our drivers will be there to greet you at Arrivals. Advanced 24 hours booking reservation are required if you wish to use our online –booking service

2. In agreeing to the terms and conditions you accept that Airport Cars service will in no way be held responsible for any losses, expenses or claims made by you in the event of any problem associated with the transfer and all claims will lay with the service provider.

3. We are entitled, on behalf of the service provider, to refuse any order placed by you. We do not guarantee to successfully allocate a service provider to every booking request. In the event that we are unable to accept your booking request we will send an email to advise you of any alternative that may be offered

4. Airport Cars service takes no responsibility for any vehicle that may be delayed due to traffic congestion, traffic diversion, road works, weather conditions or any other delays out of this control.

5. An additional surcharge of 50% on the prices listed on this site may be added on the following dates.24, 25, 26, 31 December as well as 1 January.

6. Payment
Cash payment is in sterling pound unless otherwise agreed. The credit card provided during the reservation is used for reservation validation purpose. No payment will be taken at the time of booking. If you fail to cancel your reservation in accordance with the service provider cancellation policy a no show fee will be charged to the credit card provided as described in section 5 bellow.

Pre-payments by credit/debit card are processed Google check out and subject to processing fee. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

7. Cancellations
We will not charge you for cancelations provided that you cancel within 48 hours before the booked transfer pick up time. After this period you will need to contact the service provider directly in order to make changes or to cancel your reservation. Your service provider terms and conditions will apply.

Reservation cancellation policy
a) up to 12 hours before the transfer: no charge.
b) Less than 12 hours before the arrival: 50% of the total transfer cost may be applied.
c) After the driver has departed to the pick up destination: the full cost of the transfer will be charged.

8. Waiting Free periods
a) pick up from airports and cruise ports: 45 minutes are free from the flight or cruise actual arrival time.
b) Pick up from any other point: 20 minutes are free from the agreed pick up time.

In case of no show without communication, after the waiting period has ended the full cost of the booked service will be charged per minute 25p

Any changes to your reservation must be sent to us in writing via e-mail 48 hours prior to the date of travel. Once you receive the service provider contact number via email, all changes to your reservation must be made directly with the service provider by calling the phone number provided.

We will advise you as soon as possible to the e-mail address you have given us if for any reason your booking has to be cancelled.
